Each member must commit to donating $100 per meeting ($400 annually). Members will nominate an eligible recipient at each meeting and 3 organizations will be selected for a 5 minute presentation. Members will vote via ballot and the organization with the majority votes wins.
All members are expected to donate to the selected recipient.
If your organization was not selected, you are welcome to nominate them at a future meeting. An organization can receive donations no more than once in 2 years.
The recipient organization must agree to NOT use the donors' names for future solicitations or release personal information to the public. In the event the recipient organization does not adhere to this condition, they will be removed from future consideration.
